That is a commitment you should get in writing – it cannot be taken for granted.

With a planned service life of five years and a product generation that changes every two to three years, the availability of wear parts and batteries over the entire period is a real question.

Ask about: a guaranteed availability period after the end of production, delivery times, and the option of a consignment stock for fast-moving parts.
