2 Overview

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide this website and our services.

This website uses:

  • no analytics or statistics tools
  • no external fonts or font services
  • no embedded maps, videos or social networks
  • no services for defending against automated access that involve third parties
  • no consent request, as no services requiring consent are integrated

All fonts and design elements are delivered from our own server.

3 Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany

The provider processes personal data on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place. The data is processed on servers in Germany.

Each time this website is accessed, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser and stores it in log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the file retrieved
  • amount of data transferred
  • notification of whether the retrieval was successful
  • browser type and version used
  • operating system
  • where applicable, the previously visited page

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation and the security of our systems and in investigating misuse.

The log files are deleted after 7 days.

4 Encryption

This website uses transport encryption (TLS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the character string https:// in your browser's address bar and by the padlock symbol.

5 Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. They serve to make the website usable – for example, to recognise your session during your visit.

The legal basis is Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent is not required for this.

Technically necessary cookies are deleted when you close your browser or when the session expires.

You can set your browser to reject cookies. In this case the website may only be usable to a limited extent.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your request is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in answering requests.

We delete this data as soon as your request has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion. Retention periods under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.
