Points to clarify: the supplier's response time, the place of repair, the typical turnaround time, the availability of a replacement device and whether your own staff can be trained.
Particularly relevant for imports: if the repair takes place in the country of origin, transport time and customs clearance are added. For devices with a lithium battery, the return shipment must additionally be organised as a dangerous goods shipment.
Closely related is the availability of spare parts.
